My Homeschool Coop

I love my homeschool coop.  The kids love the homeschool coop.

My oldest and youngest are both in the coop but my two middles stayed home from "school" today so they were able to experience the coop.  It was great fun to see all of them together and learning from each other.

During our moving process I will homeschool all of them for a few months and I'm looking forward to the challenge and the sheer delight of watching them grow in knowledge from each other and with each other.

I love being a homeschool mom to as many kids as I can teach.

Finally Friday

It has been a busy week.  They are all busy but this week seemed like it may not end.  We worked really hard to just get the basics completed and I'm happy with that.

I'm still trying to find the balance between what I think "should" be happening and what is a realistic goal.  When I look at the schedule it seems completely doable and then breakfast, lunch, dinner and laundry all require an unusual amount of  unending time and effort.

I look forward to the weekend.  The kids decided to give up electronics on Sunday during Lent.  To prepare for that I did pick up some books on tape and a few books "new" chapter books to read to the little ones.

My son thinks that SAHM stands for Simply Awesome Homeschool Mom.

I hope that I can live up to that.
